Ask Miranda Kerr, Gwyneth Paltrow and even Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton. However it can be tricky business to give your juice justice, but never fear — we have picked three of our favourite tried and tested recipes for your tasty pleasure.

Sweet, creamy and oh-so good for you, try this green coconut smoothie, conjured up by healthy eating princess Deliciously Ella.

200ml coconut water

1 tablespoon of coconut yoghurt
A big handful of spinach
1 ripe banana
1 tablespoon of bee pollen (optional) … we substitute with honey.

1 banana

50g frozen berries (strawberries or raspberries)

250ml brown rice milk (or plant milk of your choice)

1 tablespoon tahini

2 tablespoon goji berries

1 small/medium beetroot
3 medium sized blood oranges
1 medium ripe avocado
1 tablespoon raw honey
Seeds from half a vanilla pod or 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
250ml filtered water
